摘要
针对中厚板现货本身及其销售特点,构造数学模型,进行了物流效率的影响因素分析,提出了每垛平均吊次数等关键绩效指标,应基于库房面积和产品长度分布进行垛位设计,有助于增加货位,降低垛位高度,从根本上提高发货效率,同时提出了以快销保证发货任务,以合理垛高保证发货效率,以快出货增加入库机会,以现货库吞吐能力保证收益的管理思路和相应的管理对策。
According to the features of medium and heavy plate oneself and trading, authors established mathematical model, analyzed the logistic effectiveness factors and provided one key performance index which is named average number of crane lifting of one pile. Piling design should be according to the warehouse area and the distribution of length of products so as to increasing the number of piling, decreasing the height of piling and raising the logistic efficiency. At the same time, the authors put forward to the management the way of thinking, which are making use of faster sales to assurance carrying out tasks well, reasonable height of pile to the assurance efficiency, decreasing delivery times to add to chance of storing in warehouse and handling ability of no-order products to assurance their profits. In the end, there homologous management measurement was given.
