摘要
针对华北某地区高钾铝土矿的矿物组成特性,以烧结法处理低品位铝土矿的工艺为基础,对其进行综合开发试验,综合回收其中氧化铝、碳酸钾、并以废渣制备水泥;同时,鉴于该矿石较高的金属镓含量,建议集成镓回收流程,将更有利于项目的整体经济性。
In view of the mineral composition characteristic of high-potassium bauxite in some areas of North China,based on the technique of sintering processing the low-grade bauxite,implement the comprehensive development and experimental exploration to it,comprehensively develop its alumina,potassium carbonate and preparation cement by waste residue; at the same time,in view of the fact that this ore contains high metal gallium content,the suggestion of integration gallium recycling flow will be more advantageous to the overall efficiency of this project.
