摘要
目的探讨精子形态与活力及活率的关系。方法用精子质量分析仪(SQA-V)进行精子活力分析,伊红染色进行活率分析,采用精子形态检测系统下人工修正方法分析精子形态。结果活力异常组形态正常精子百分率低于活力正常组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活率异常组形态正常精子百分率亦低于活率正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精子形态与精子活力及活率有密切关系。
Objective To discuss the relationship among the morphology,and the vitality,and the rate of live of the sperm. Methods The sperm quality automatic detection system（SQA-V） was applied in analysing the vitality, the rate of live of the sperm by eosin staining. Results The percentage of normal sperm morphology in the vitality abnormal group was lower than that in the normal group（P〈0.05）. The percentage of normal sperm morphology on the live abnormal rate group was lower than that of the normal group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was a close relationship among the morphology, the vitality and the rate of live of the sperm.
