摘要
介绍了日钢高线厂采用意大利DANIELI公司设计的TMB(TWIN MODULE BLOCK)双模块机组的设备特性和轧制Φ5.5mm规格盘圆产品的工艺调试过程。通过对孔型系统、导卫系统、吐丝机和风冷辊道的改造,有效降低了TMB机组间的堆钢频率,减少了成品头尾耳子长度,缩短了事故处理时间,稳定了吐丝质量,优化了成品卷形,稳定了Φ5.5mm规格盘圆产品的生产,使得日钢高线厂具备了批量生产Φ5.5mm盘圆产品的能力。
Device characteristics of TMB assembling unit designed by DANIELI company of Italy in High Speed Wire Rod Plant of Rizhao Steel and technology debugging process of Φ5.5 mm naked wire products were introduced. With transfoming pass sequence, guides and guards, spinning apparatus and ventilated roll table, cobble frequency in TMB flight crew was reduced effectively, time of accident process was cut down, spinning quality was stabled, finished products were optimized, and production of 45.5 mm naked wire products was stabled. High Speed Wire Rod Plant of Rizhao Steel has equipped with the ability of producing 45.5 mm naked wire products.
