摘要
给出一种基于USB的电路板检测系统的硬件平台和软件结构,实现了某系统电子组合的交互检测及电路板的自动检测;基于功能封装开发了相应的功能函数,采用ACCESS+SQL+LabWindows/CVI开发了系统数据库管理和浏览打印模块;选用LabWindows/CVI开发硬件访问和控制模块、虚拟面板模块、系统自检模块、检测模块、故障诊断模块等。实现了某系统电路板的自动检测和智能诊断。
The hardware platform and software structure of a kind of general test system are presented. The functional functions are designed based on functional package. With ACCESS ＋ SQL ＋ LabWindows/CVI, a database management and view printing model is designed. With LabWindow/CVI, the hardware control model, self-test model and fault diagnosis model are developed. The general test platform realizes automatic test and intelligent diagnosis for certain weapon system launcher circuit boards.
