摘要
信息资源是电子政务的核心部分,国内外对电子政务信息资源开发等方面还存在着诸多争议。综述了国内外关于电子政务信息资源开发研究所取得的成果,以期对我国的理论研究与建设实践有所借鉴。
Information is the core of e-government,and wider debate on e-government information development still exists at home and broad. This paper reviews both domestic and foreign achievements of e-government information development,in hope of offering references for theory research and construction practices in China.
