摘要 目的检测252例支原体肺炎患者的血清肺炎支原体抗体,达到早期诊治的目的。方法日本富士肺炎支原体检测试剂SEROD IA-MYCOⅡ被动凝集试验。结果252例呼吸道感染患者肺炎支原体IgM+IgG+IgA抗体检出阳性169例,检出率为67.06%,该病全年均有发病,以春季发病较多,缺乏特征性,易漏诊、误诊,无男女差异,儿童发病高于成人。结论肺炎支原体IgM+IgG+IgA抗体具有敏感度高、特异性强、操作简便快速的特点,可作为早期诊断肺炎支原体感染的客观指标,适合临床应用。阿奇霉素治疗有效。 Objective To detect serum anti Mp-IgM + IgG + IgA in mycoplasma pneumonia by the measurement with high speci- ficity and sensitivity. Methods Japan Fuji mycoplasma pneumonia measurement reagent SERODIA-MYCO Ⅱ was used to perform passive particle agglutination. Results The anti Mp-IgM + IgG + IgA positive rate was 67.06% (169 cases) in 252 patients with respiratory in- fection. And the disease occurred in four seasons hut most in spring. It was lack of mark, easy to make a wrong diagnosis, misdiagnosis, and showed no significant difference in gender. Its positive rate was higher in children than that in adults. Conclusion SERODIA-MYCO Ⅱ passive particle agglutination has high specificity and sensitivity. The operation is easy and fast. It has the impersonal mark in early di- agnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia infection. And it is fit for clinical laboratory application, Azithromycin cures it effectively.
