摘要
东辽河流域水资源供需矛盾突出,水资源极度短缺。文章在介绍该区域农业产业结构及水资源供求现状的基础上,分析了制约经济发展的主要问题,并对现有资源进行优化配置,提出了切实可行的解决措施。
The water resources are extremely shortage and the supply and demand contradiction is outstanding in Dongliao river basin.The paper introduces the region agricultural industry structure and the supply and demand status of water resources,analyzes the main problems of influencing economic development,optimizes existing resources and puts forward the feasible solutions.
