摘要
目的对比社区家庭病床与住院患者总体情况和费用情况,分析开设家庭病床在社区卫生服务中的作用。方法对华林社区卫生服务中心2005年3月—2008年3月收治的住院及家庭病床患者共3738人的有关数据进行统计分析。结果开设家庭病床是社区居民老年慢性病治疗的重要手段。结论社区卫生服务中心推广家庭病床医疗服务对解决老年慢性病患者"看病贵、看病难"有重要意义。
OBJECTIVES To investigate difference medical fee between in family care bed and hospital-bed in Hualin Community Health Services Centre, analysis the status and development of family care bed in Liwan District in Guangzhou City. METHODS 2 295 hospital-bed cases and 1 443 family-bed cases which had used consolidated fund from March in 2005 to February in 2008 were analyzed statistically by SPSS 11.0. RESULTS Family care bed is one of important medical services for the urban senile patients with chronic disease. CONCLUSIONS Development of family beds services help to solve the problem of ＂ inadequate and overly expensive medical services＂ . For senile patients with chronic disease in community.
