摘要
运用Moldflow软件,对塑料搭扣的填充过程进行模拟研究。先进行最佳浇口位置分析,对两套浇口方案进行综合对比。然后进行DOE分析,找出对填充影响最大的工艺参数,并且根据实验结果确定了最佳的参数组合。最后再利用获得的实验参数进行填充分析,分析结果表明,在该组参数下熔体填充良好。
Moldflow software is used to simulate the plastic clasp filling process. The best gate lecation analysis is processed and two sets of gate location plans are comprehensively analyzed. Then the DOE analysis is exploited to find out the process parameter which has greatest influence on plastic piece filling process, and optimal parameters are ascertained according to the experimental results. Finally the experimental parameters obtained are utilized in the filling process analysis. The analysis results indicate that the plastic piece is fully filled under this group of parameters and the problems of plastic molding filling are solved correspondingly.
