摘要
通过不同浓度激素、大量元素与冷藏处理等方法对亚洲百合‘普利安娜’试管苗生根和移栽技术进行了研究。结果表明,1/2 MS添加0.2 mg.L-1NAA可促进百合生根与鳞茎诱导,生根率为98%、鳞茎诱导率为85%;1/2 MS+0.5 mg.L-1IBA+0.1%活性炭为生根培养最佳组合,生根率与鳞茎诱导率均为100%;鳞茎直径大于0.8 cm,去叶留根,移栽前将试管苗于4℃冷藏4周,试管苗移栽成活率可达98%。
The effects of the different concentrations of hormones,macroelements,and cold treatment were researched using plantlets of Lilium Asiatic hybrid,'Pollyanna'.The results showed that 1/2 MS with 0.2 mg·L-1 NAA could promote the lily rooting and bulblet formation,the rate of rooting and bulblet formation were 98%,85%,respectively;the appropriate medium for rooting was 0.5 mg·L-1 IBA+0.1% Activated Carbon,the rate of rooting and bulblet formation were 100%.Before transplanting,the plantlets under 4 ℃ for 4 weeks,the diameter of bulblets bigger than 0.8 cm,with roots and without leaves treated,the rate of transplant reached 98%.
