藏山羊胚胎毛囊的形态发生及β-catenin和SHH的两类表达模式 被引量:2

摘要 研究藏山羊不同部位毛囊形态发生的差异及其β-catenin和SHH的表达规律。选择胚龄(Ed)51-89藏山羊胚胎样品,采用组织芯片技术和EnVison免疫组织化学方法对其不同部位毛囊的形态发生及β-catenin,SHH,PCNA,K14的表达进行观察、分析和比较。结果表明,藏山羊胚胎各部位毛囊形态发生的时间、密度、大小等均有差异,这种差异与皮肤下对应的骨骼类型相关。通过数据分析比较发现,β-catenin和SHH在藏山羊毛囊形态发生过程中的表达有两种模式:分别是一种以间充质为主导的模式(主要见于肢端),另一种是表皮为主导的模式(主要见于躯体大部分部位)。β-catenin与SHH在藏山羊胚胎毛囊形态发生过程中至少有两种表达模式,其中以间充质为主导的模式在肢端毛囊形态发生中可能具有重要作用。 To investigate expression of β-catenin and SHH on the epithelial-mesenchymal reciprocal interaction during hair follicles morphogenesis in Tibetan goat.Ed 51 ~ 89 Tibetan goat embryos were used as material,using tissue microarray to investigate hair follicles morphogenesis differences of different body skin sites and EnVison immunohistochemistry for detecting expression on epithelial-mesenchymal reciprocal interaction during hair follicles morphogenesis.The differences of time,density and size obviously occurred in different parts of hair follicles morphogenesis in Tibetan goat,these differences relate to the skeleton types under the skin.There are two types of expression patterns of β-catenin and SHH during morphogenesis,they are mesenchymal pattern and epidermal pattern separately.There are at least two types of expression patterns during hair follicles morphogenesis,the mesenchymal-leading pattern for acral hair follicles morphogenesis may play an important role.
