牛带绦虫不同亚种感染家猪后血清IL-2和INF-γ含量的比较

摘要 目的通过观察比较牛带绦虫两亚种感染家猪后血清IL-2和INF-γ含量的变化,探讨牛带绦虫不同亚种所致家猪Th1细胞应答机制。方法用亚洲牛带绦虫虫卵和传统牛带绦虫虫卵分别灌胃20d龄健康乳猪各5头,以健康乳猪5头作对照,于感染后第7、15、45和75d抽取猪耳缘静脉血,常规分离血清。用ELISA试剂盒检测血清IL-2和INF-γ含量。结果正常组血清IL-2和INF-γ含量在不同时期基本处于稳定水平;亚洲牛带绦虫组血清IL-2和INF-γ在第7d含量最高,远高于传统牛带绦虫组(P<0.01),15d含量降低,远低于传统牛带绦虫组,两个实验组在第45d和75d无显著差异;与正常组相比,两个实验组血清IL-2和INF-γ含量在第7、15和75d均明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论牛带绦虫两个亚种感染家猪后,早期Th1细胞应答较强,中期Th1细胞应答较低,晚期Th1细胞应答增强,但亚洲牛带绦虫所致家猪Th1细胞应答在第7d最强,传统牛带绦虫所致家猪Th1细胞应答在第15d最强。 Through the investigation on the changes of serum level of IL-2 and IFN-γin domestic pigs infected with two subspecies of Taenia saginata,i.e.T.saginata asiatica and T.saginata saginata,in order to explore the mechanism of the Th1 immune response induced by different species of T.saginata.each of 5 healthy pigs was fed with eggs of T.saginata asiatica and T.saginata saginata respectively and the veinal bloods were drawn from the fed pigs 7,15,45 and 75 days after feeding..The serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γwere determined by ELISA kit.It was found that the serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ on pigs without feeding with eggs maintained to be stable at various stage,whereas,those of pigs fed with eggs of T.saginata asiatica showed the highest level on 7 th day after feeding and even higher than those of pigs fed with eggs of T.saginata saginata(P〈0.01),but they were reduced on 15 th day,even lower than those pigs fed with T.sagina saginata eggs.The IL-2 and IFN-γlevels in the two experimental groups of pigs were significantly higher than those of the control group on 7 th.15 th and 75 th days after feeding(P〈0.01),while there were no significant difference between these two experimental groups on 45 th and 75 th days.It is evident that the early Th1 immune responses appear to be strong,comparatively lower in the middle stage,but can be increased during the late stage The Th1 immune responses attain their highest levels on 7 th day and 15 th day in domestic pigs infected with T.saginata asciatica and T.saginata saginata respectively.
