儿茶素、白藜芦醇在离子液体双水相体系中的萃取性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了室温离子液体氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑-磷酸氢二钾双水相萃取体系,并采用紫外光谱法研究了儿茶素和白藜芦醇在该双水相体系中的萃取性能。考察了儿茶素和白藜芦醇在氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑-磷酸氢二钾双水相萃取体系中的稳定性,溶液pH值、儿茶素及白藜芦醇含量对儿茶素和白藜芦醇萃取回收率的影响。结果表明,儿茶素和白藜芦醇在双水相体系中的紫外光谱与在乙醇中的相同并具有足够的稳定性。pH值为3时,儿茶素含量在1 6.7~6 6.8 mg.L-1范围内的萃取回收率令人满意,白藜芦醇含量在0.4 5~0.9 mg.L-1范围内可获得定量萃取。 A new method of extracting catechin and resveratrol from synthetical wine matrix using aqueous two-phase system formed by 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride with K2HPO4 and water.The effect of the amount of K2HPO4 on phase separation,the stability of catechin and resveratrol in the ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system,the effects of pH value and content of catechin and resveratrol on recovery were investigated.The recoveries of catechin ranged from 16.7-66.8 mg·L^-1 were satisfactory.Resveratrol ranged from 0. 45-0. 9 mg·L^-1 was quantitatively extracted.
