摘要
提高区域创新能力正日益成为区域经济获取竞争优势、实现快速健康发展的决定性因素。作为国家创新能力在区域层次上的具体实现,区域创新能力代表了创新要素在一定区域内聚集、整合以及推动持续创新的基本能力,是支撑地区经济增长、提高产业竞争力的基础性条件。本文从西南地区着手考虑,通过DEA分析了西南地区区域创新能力的有效性,得出了贵州区域创新能力还存在着非有效性,进而提出寻求提升西南地区区域创新能力的路径。
Enchacing the regional innovation ability is gradually becoming a determining factor of obtaining a competitive advantage to regional economy and achieving the fast healthy development. As the national innovation ability in region level＇s concrete realization, regional innovation ability represents the essential capability of gathering and promoting continuous innovation, and is foundational conditions of supporting the local economic growth and enhancing the industrial competitive power. Considering the southwest region, this article analysis of the southwestern region of the validity of regional innovation ability through DEA, and concludes Guizhou regional innovation ability is still a non-validity, then proposes the way to promoting the southwest regional innovation ability.
