桡骨头假体置换治疗桡骨头粉碎性骨折的生物力学研究 被引量：2

摘要 桡骨头骨折占所有成人肘部骨折的30％，5％-10％肘关节脱位与肘关节周围骨折有关。最常见的是桡骨头骨折，分为四种类型。对于无法重建的MasonⅢ型和Mason Ⅳ型桡骨头粉碎性骨折，治疗非常困难且具有争议。过去常采用桡骨头切除术，但其存在许多远期并发症，如肘外翻、肘关节强直、桡骨残端周围软组织骨化、下尺桡关节半脱位或脱位、迟发性尺神经炎、桡骨远端向上移位导致肘腕关节退行性关节炎及肘、前臂和腕部的长期慢性疼痛等。
