摘要
运用V-Cast对防爆电机轴承内盖原铸造工艺过程进行数值模拟,分析了其缩孔、缩松缺陷产生的原因。根据模拟结果,通过V-Cast改进冒口、冷铁的尺寸及位置,进而优化工艺,最终消除了其缩孔、缩松缺陷。
The solidification simulation of the initial scheme of bearing cover was carried out by V-Cast software and the causes of the shrinkage defects were analyzed.Based on the simulation results, changing the position and size of chill can optimize the process.The appropriate foundry technique is found and the quality of casting is ensured.
