摘要
提高原料混匀效率对冶金生产具有重要意义。本文从混匀作业的各方面分析了堆料层数、原料的物理特性、配料和堆料作业以及取料设备和端部料对混匀效率的影响,提出了消除这些影响,从而提高混匀效率的各种措施。
It is of great significance for matallurgical processes to improve blending efficiency. Theeffects of numbers of layer in stock physical properties of bulk materials, the material at topcone and batching and stocking operations as well as reclaiming facilities on blending efficiencyare analysed, and some measures to eliminate those adverse effects are suggested.
