摘要
切断是加工化学短纤维的重要工序,为了研究切断刀的使用性能及各类纤维的切断效果,需要进行纤维切割实验。根据化纤切断机的工作原理和模拟实验的要求,通过对切断机的刀盘尺寸、纤维消耗量的计算以及多次纤维切割实验,确定了小型切断机的主要技术参数,并设计、制造了一种小型实验用短纤维切断装置。结果表明,利用该实验装置模拟化学短纤维的切割过程,工况条件与实际生产情况相符,可大大降低纤维切断实验的成本,取得了很好的教学、研究效果,为在实验条件下开展化学纤维加工工艺研究提供了实验装备。
In order to study the performance and effect of the cutter blade to cut off various staples,according to the working principles of staple cutting machine and the needs of the test,the main technical parameters were determined by cutting experiments and calculations for the size of knife wheel and staple consumption.In addition,a miniature testing equipment for cutting chemical fiber was introduced.The results show that the process of staple production can be simulated.The great achievements for teaching and research are realized while the cost is reduced. The equipment is available currently for the study on the processing technology of staple production under the experimental conditions.
