摘要
通过建立壳聚糖胃滞留-漂浮微球(CGRM)缓释性能的GM(1,1)模型、零级释放动力学模型(ZODM)、Higuchi模型和Ritger-Peppas(RPeppas)模型,并对各模型的模拟和预测性能进行了研究。结果表明四个模型均能较好地模拟和预测CGRM的缓释性能,模拟精度与预测精度优劣顺序相同,依次为:GM(1,1)>Higuchi>ZODM>RPeppas,其中GM(1,1)模型最优。
To demonstrate the release property of Chitosan Gastric Retenting-floating Microspheres(CGRM),the GM(1,1) model, Zero Order Dynamic Model(ZODM),Higuchi models and Ritger-Peppas(RPeppas) model are established.By analyzing the descriptive ability and predictive ability of the models,the results enunciate that all of them can perfectly simulate the release property.Both of the simulation accuracy and the prediction accuracy are summarized in an order of good to poor as GM(1,1), Higuchi,ZODM,RPeppas,and the GM(1,1) model is the best.
