摘要
目的探讨延迟治疗皮肤撕脱伤的手术方法，提高皮肤撕脱伤的诊治水平。方法对10例延迟治疗的皮肤撕脱伤患者，在基础状态平稳后进行彻底清创、皮片移植治疗，观察其临床疗效，总结治疗方法。结果10例患者经过手术治疗后，创面完全修复。结论延迟治疗的皮肤撕脱伤患者，在病情允许的情况下尽早行彻底清创、皮片移植治疗有较好的疗效。
Objective To explore the surgical treatment of skin avulsion injury with delayed treatment and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of skin avulsion injury. Methods After vital signs remain stable, 10 eases with skin avulsion injury were treated with thorough debridements and skin grafting, then the clinical curative effects were observed and the treatment method was summarized. Results After the surgeries treatment, the wounds of 10 clinical cases were completely repaired. Conclusion In the permission of the diseases, it is a good therapeutic effect to perform thorough dehridements and skin graft surgeries for the patients of skin avulsion injury with delayed treatment as soon as possible.
