摘要
热休克蛋白Hsp70诱导性显著,合成量多并具有高度的保守性。Hsp70表达于所有的活体细胞中。Hsp70具有分子伴侣、抗细胞凋亡功能,参与免疫反应、抗氧化功能,可以提高细胞对环境胁迫或伤害的耐受性。文章对Hsp70的特性以及其在昆虫学中的研究意义、研究现状及前景进行了综述。
Heat shock protein 70(Hsp 70) has the significant inductivity and conservative property, which induced large quantity when suffers stress. Hsp70 can express in all living body cells and has the function of molecular chaperone, resisting the apoptosis, participating in immunoreactions and anti-oxidation, which can noticeably improve the cells' survival ability, in order to bear the environment coercing or hurting. The paper summarized the properties of Hsp70 and its research significance, present situation and prospect in entomology.
