重症系统性硬化症合并口腔颌面部等病症

摘要 系统性硬化症（systemic ssclerosis，SSc）是硬化病中最严重的一种，是因血管和结缔组织硬化、小血管增生、管腔堵塞引起的自身免疫性疾病，以皮肤炎性、变性、增厚和纤维化进而硬化和萎缩为特征，可引起消化道、肺、心、肾等多系统损害，预后差，病程呈慢性。发病年龄30～55岁，女性高于男性。在我国，硬皮病的发病率在结缔组织病中仅次于类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮而居第三位。
