气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中甲基环己烷方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中甲基环己烷的气相色谱测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果100 mg活性炭对甲基环己烷的穿透容量大于15.05 mg,当甲基环己烷的浓度为21.8~127 mg/m3时,采样效率均达99.63%~100%;样品在炭管中至少可保存8 d,方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为4.4%~8.4%;平均解吸效率为91.8%~97.4%;方法的最低检测浓度为0.13 mg/m3;空气中与甲基环己烷共存的苯、甲苯、正己烷、正庚烷等在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中甲基环己烷的现场监测。 [ Objective ] To establish gas chromatography method for determination of methyl cyclohexane in workplace air. [ Methods] The laboratory experiments and field experiment were pedonned according to Standardization of Methods for Determination of Ttoxic Substances in Workplace Air. [ Results] The breakthrough capacity of methyl cyclohexane was more than 15.05 mg/ 100 mg activated carbon. When the concentration of methyl cyclohexane was 21.8 - 127 mg/m^3 , sampling efficiency was 99.63% - 100%. The sample could be stored in the activated carbon tube at least for 8 days. The method has good reproducibility. The relative standard deviation of Different Concentrations was 4.4% -8.4%. The average desorption efficiency was 91.8% -97.4%. The lowest detection limit was 0. 13 mg/m^3. Benzene, toluene, n -hexane and n -heptane did not interfere with the conditions of the method, which coexisted with methyl cyclohexane in air. [ Conclusion] All indexes of this method meet the requirement of Standardization of Methods for Determination of Ttoxic Substances in Workplace Air. It is suitable for the field monitoring of methyl cyclohexane in workplace air.
