摘要
为了适应现代双频通信系统的要求,通过在基片集成波导上嵌入一种紧凑的复合左右手传输线结构,设计了一种结构紧凑的新型双频微波功率分配器。通过改变复合左右手传输线结构参数,容易调节高、低频谐振频率,利用该特性可以更容易实现任意双频微波器件。仿真和测试结果表明:双频功分器的两个中心工作频率分别为2.6GHz(S频段)和5.4GHz(C频段),各个端口的回波损耗和隔离度在频率2.4~2.8GHz和5.3~5.6GHz的范围内均优于15dB。这些数据表明了本设计方案的可行性,为微波多频器件的设计提供了一种新思路。
To satisfy the requirements of modem dual -frequency communication systems ,a novel compact dual- frequency microwave power divider is designed in which a composite right/left handed (CRLH) transmission- line unit embedded in the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is used. The lower and higher resonant frequencies can be tuned easily by changing the design parameter of the unit. Arbitrary dual - band components are easier to be realized by using the characteristics. The simulated and measured results show that the operating frequencies of the power divider are 2.6 GHz( S -band) and 5.4GHz( C - band) ,and the return loss and isolation are both better than 15dB in 2.4 -2.8 GHz and 5.3 -5.6GHz. The data demonstrates the scalability of the proposed scheme and indicates a novel design approach for microwave multifrequency components.
