花叶玉簪工厂化组培育苗技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用花叶玉簪的侧芽为外植体,研究了其工厂化组培育苗技术。结果表明:芽诱导较理想的培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L作为继代培养基效果最好,可以保持原来的花叶特征;以MS+NAA0.2mg/L作为花叶玉簪的生根培养基,生根数较多;以蛭石∶珍珠岩=5∶1配比的成活率为最高,生长势也较强。 Rapid seedling technique via tissue culture in Hosta plantagineu was studied by lateral bud as explant in the paper. The results showed that the appropriate medium for bud induction was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L; the best medium for successive transfer culture was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, it could keep the primary character of flower and leaf; the root number was more in the rooting medium with MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L; the survival rate was high and the growth vigor was strong in the combination of vermiculite and pearl rock =5:1 .
