摘要
利用5050耦合器以2×2级联的形式研制成功2×2.5Gb/s、4×2.5Gb/s和8×2.5Gb/s光时分复用信号产生系统。用增益开关量子阱DFB激光器产生的宽度为19ps、周期为400ps的光脉冲作为源信号脉冲所进行的实验表明。
?.5Gb/s,4×2.5Gb/s and 8×2.5Gb/s optical time division multiplexing (OTDM) signal generation systems have been developed by cascading 50∶50 couplers in the form of 2×2.The experiment carried out by using laser pulses with a width of 19ps and a period of 400 ps produced by a gain switched quantum well DFB laser as signal pulse source show that the signals produced by the OTDM signal generation systems,which are fabricated by cascading the couplers with precision optical path difference,can satisfy the need of basic application research.
