摘要
脑胶质瘤是最常见的成人颅内恶性肿瘤,其致死率和致残率均很高。肿瘤切除程度是影响预后的重要因素,依据肿瘤的组织病理学边界最大程度地安全切除肿瘤是当前手术治疗的一大挑战,寻找肿瘤边界标志物或成为新的研究方向。本文将对近年来研究相对较多的部分肿瘤标志物进行综述。
Gliomas comprise the majority of malignant brain tumors in adults and are associated with high morbidity and mortality.The extent of tumor excision is a critical prognostic factor.It is a great challenge to resect glioma maximally and safely on the basis of histopathological boundary.Therefore,finding tumor markers located on the boundary of gliomas is becoming a new direction of study.In this review,we summarize some tumor markers which were studied hotly.
