摘要
积累型微光CCD摄像机是利用CCD变积累控制技术[2]而研制成功的一种高灵敏度摄像机.该成果所采用的技术路线是提出对微光图像信号进行积分,抑制随机噪声,利用CCD图像传感器具有的电荷积累特性,改变其读取转移时间,延长信号在CCD靶面上累积电荷的时间,从而提高静目标或亚静目标的灵敏度同时,研制了一系列抑制装置。
CCD camera of faint light accumulation is a high sensitivity camera, which makes use of transformed accumulating control technology of CCD. The technology route of this achievement is making integral of faint light image signal, restraining random noise, utilizing the specific property of charge accumulation of CCD image seiner, changing its read-out and shift time and extending charge accumulating time of signal on the target surface, thus increasing the sensitivity of static and substatic-Objects. At the same time, a series of electric circuit and peripheral controlling devices are developed for restraining random noise, thus effectively increasing sibal-to-noise ratio of system.
