摘要
目的总结结直肠非上皮性肿瘤的内镜下特点。方法对我院1978年~2007年结肠镜及其病理诊断的结直肠非上皮性肿瘤资料进行总结分析。结果共发现经组织学检查确诊的非上皮性肿瘤95例。其中,间叶源性肿瘤61例（平滑肌瘤26例、脂肪瘤25例、神经纤维瘤3例、胃肠间质瘤3例、间叶组织错构瘤2例、平滑肌肉瘤1例、假脂肪瘤病1例）,大肠淋巴瘤22例,恶性黑色素瘤5例,慢性粒细胞白血病浸润1例,海绵状血管瘤6例。结论结直肠非上皮性肿瘤内镜表现各有特征,掌握其内镜特点有利于提高其内镜下诊断及鉴别诊断水平。
Objective To summary the colonoscopic characters of colorectal non-epithelial tumors.Methods The data were obtained in Department of Gastroenterology of Peking University Third Hospital from years 1978 to 2007.General information of colorectal non-epithelial tumors was recorded.Results There were 95 cases of colorectal non-epithelial tumors which were confirmed by histology.Among them,there were 61 cases of gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors（including 26 cases of leiomyomas,25 cases of lipomas,3 cases of neurofibromas,3 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,2 cases of stromal harmatomas,1 cases of leiomyosarcoma and 1 cases of pseudolipoma）,22 cases of colorectal lymphoma,5 cases of melanoma,1 cases of colonic infiltration of chronic myelocytic leukemia,and 6 cases of cavernous hemangioma.Conclusion These colorectal non-epithelial tumors have different colonoscopic appearances.A good acquaintance of the endoscopic characters of these colorectal non-epithelial tumors will be helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
