吸收稳定系统解吸塔最佳釜温的确定 被引量:8

摘要 据估算,仅解吸塔釜温控制不当一项,全国所有催化裂化装置的年经济效益可损失数亿元之巨。其原因在于对解吸塔策温的重要性及其对经济效益的影响认识不足以及如何确定解吸塔最佳策温不甚明了。提出了一个根据釜液C2浓度来确定解吸塔最佳釜温的方法。 It is estimated that the total profit loss for FCC units in all China would be as high as several hundred millions of RMB per year owing to inappropriate stripper bettom temperature contro. The cause is that there is a lack of deep understanding of the importance of this temperature as well as its effect on the econonmic benefit. Besides it is not very clear that how to determine the optimum stripper bottom temperature and the operating bottom tempera-ture is frequently not the optimum value. Here a inethod to determine the optium stripper bottom temperature is proposed.
