摘要
以分光光度法（ＳＡ）、原子吸收光谱分析（ＡＡＳ）、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ）以及红外光谱分析（ＩＲ）考察了水溶液中Ｃｕ２＋与胆固醇的相互作用。不同分析方法均得出相同结果，Ｃｕ２＋与胆固醇二者间存在表面吸附作用。
With four kinds of spectrometric analysis methods,i.e.spectrophotometric analysis,AAS,ICP AES and IR,the interaction between Cu 2+ and cholesterol in aqueous solution has been examined.The same results from the different methods showed that there was a surface adsorption between Cu 2+ and cholesterol and this interaction would be prominent in physiology like situation.
