摘要
对退役士兵进行教育培训,这是江苏省委、省政府深化退役士兵就业安置的重大举措,是泰州职业技术学院践行"大爱育人"理念下,服务于部队和地方经济建设的又一重要实践。如何指导退役士兵学员科学地做好学业规划和职业生涯规划,让退役士兵学员找到人生坐标,从而主动地完成学业,追求幸福的人生,是当前退役士兵承训院校亟需认真研究和着力解决的一个现实问题。
Education and training of demobilized soldiers,which is a major move for Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee,the provincial government to deepen the job-placement of demobilized soldiers,is another important practice for Taizhou polytechnic college to practice education with humanistic love and serving troops and local economic development.How to guide demobilized-soldiers-students do a good job of science academic planning and career planning,so coordinates of demobilized soldiers and trainees have found life to take the initiative to accomplish their studies, the pursuit of happiness in life, is currently a real problem for the training institutions to carefully study and focus on solving.
