摘要
对‘红颜’草莓茎尖进行组织培养研究,建立其再生快繁体系。结果表明:(1)剥取的茎尖越大,萌发率越高;(2)暗培养3 d能够抑制褐化,提高萌发率;(3)增殖培养基:MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L,增殖系数为7.00;(4)生根培养基:1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L,生根率为100%,移栽到消毒过的蛭石+草炭+珍珠岩(1∶1∶1),成活率为100%。
The system of rapid propagation was established by tissue culture of stem tip of " benihoppe " strawberry. The resuits showed that the best media or treatment for various stages were as follows:(1)The larger the stem tips had the higher the survival rate; (2)Darkness treatment for 3 d could inhibited browning rate and increased survival rate; (3)The proliferation coefficient was 7.00 in medium MS+6-BA0.5mg/L +NAA 0.10 mg/L; (4)The rooting rate reached to 100% in medium 1/2 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L, and surviving rate was up to 100% when transplanted to the disinfected composing soil ( vermiculite: turf:perlite,1 : 1 : 1 ).
