摘要
为了有效减少炼厂尾气SO2排放量,同时回收炼厂酸性气中的硫磺,延长石油集团炼化公司在广泛调研、考察论证的基础上,通过对国内炼化企业普遍应用的克劳斯硫磺回收工艺和美国LO-CAT硫磺回收工艺的综合对比,延安炼油厂硫磺回收装置技术改造选择了LO-CAT硫磺回收工艺技术路线。在该厂16t/d硫磺回收装置工业应用后,到目前10多个月的工业运转结果表明,该技术占地少、工艺简单,操作方便,处理弹性大、产品质量稳定、尾气可达标排放,比较适宜中小规模的硫磺回收装置。
In order to effectively decrease SO2 emission of tail gas in refinery,and simultaneously recover sulfur from the acid gas,Yanchang Petroleum Group Refining and Chemical Company synthetically contrasted of the domestic Claus sulfur recovery technology and America LO-CAT technology,and Yanan refinery chosed LO-CAT sulfur recovery technology ultimately.After the industrial application of the sulfur recovery unit for 10 months with a scale of 16t/d,the result shows that the technology has the advantages of smaller area occupation,technology simplicity,easy operation,flexible treatment,product quality stabilization,tail gas meeting the emission standard,which is suitable to the small to mid size scale of sulfur recovery units.
