电针“内关”、“心俞”对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用 被引量:27

摘要 目的:观察电针内关、心俞穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法:50只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、内关组、心俞组、关俞组。通过舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素复制急性心肌缺血大鼠模型,观察电针治疗后各组大鼠标准导联Ⅱ导心电图,获取心率、左室内压最大上升速率和左心室收缩压力峰值,比较电针不同经穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠心功能及血液流变学的影响。结果:心肌缺血后,心功能各项指标值的绝对值均显著降低。电针内关组、心俞组及关俞组对心功能及血液流变学改善作用与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。电针关俞组与内关组和电针心俞组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:电针"内关"、"心俞"穴可显著改善急性心肌缺血大鼠心功能,对血液流变学亦有明显影响,且联合配穴关俞组的效应更明显。 Objective:To investigate protective action of acute myocardial ischemia in rats by electroacupungture Neiguan,Xinshu.Methods:50 rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Neiguan group,Xinshu group and Guanshu group.Through the sublingual intravenous pituitrin copy rat model of acute myocardial ischemia were observed after electro-acupuncture treatment of rats in each groupⅡstandard lead-lead ECG to obtain heart rate,maximum left ventricular pressure rise rate and peak left ventricular systolic pressure,comparison of electro-acupuncture of different acupoints on acute myocardial ischemia in rat cardiac function and blood rheology.Results:After myocardial ischemia,cardiac function of the mean.The absolute value of subscript values were significantly decreased.Electroacupuncture group,Guanshu group,Xinshu group on cardiac function and blood rheology improvement compared with the model group there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was a significant difference among Neiguan group,Xinshu group and Guanshu group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture on Xinshu and Neiguan can be significantly improved in rots with acute myocardial ischemia on cardiac function and blood rheology is also significantly affected,and the joint distribution point group Guanshu of the more obvious effects.
