摘要
近年来,印度劳动力整体素质不断提高且呈日益年轻化趋向,但失业率高、失业人口低龄化等现象已成为令印度政府头疼的社会问题。为保证社会稳定、经济可持续发展,印度政府制定了灵活、有效的就业政策。
India labor force has the tendency of being rejuvenation. However, the unemployment rate is increasing for years and has become a troublesome government problem. In order to keeping the social stability and economic sustainable development, it is vital to carry out flexible and effective employment policy.
