摘要
实验研究了温度对外延石榴石磁泡薄膜中三类硬磁畴畴长的影响.研究发现,普通硬磁泡、第Ⅰ类哑铃畴和第Ⅱ类哑铃畴在条泡转变标准场和硬泡标准场处其畴长随温度的升高而增大,由此揭示了三类硬磁畴畴壁中垂直布洛赫线间的平衡间距随温度的升高而变大,纠正了垂直布洛赫线间的平衡间距随温度的升高而变小这一结论.证明了三类硬磁畴的畴壁结构是一致的,在直流偏场下之所以会出现不同的缩灭行为,完全是由垂直布洛赫线的数目引起的.在同一温度下,普通硬磁泡、第Ⅰ类哑铃畴和第Ⅱ类哑铃畴中的垂直布洛赫线数目依次增多.
The length of the hard domains in epitaxial garnet bubble films are measured at various temperatures. It is found that the length of the hard domains increases with temperature. The results that the equilibrium separation between two neighboring vertical Bloch lines Seq is widened with the increasing temperature,and the domain wall structures of the three kinds of hard domains are the same are found. At the same time, the results can he understood simply that the number of vertical Bloch line increases successively from ordinary hard bubble to dumbbell domain of the first kind and to dumbbell domain of the second kind at the same temperature.
