摘要
综述了尖晶石型氧氮化铝材料(γ-AlON)的氧化行为和抗氧化措施研究的新进展,提出了借助陶瓷涂层对其进行防氧化保护的对策.研究了纳米AlON微粒的团聚机理并提出一种全新的控制团聚的新思路。
This paper reviews oxidation aetion,oxidation resistance and research progress of γ-aluminium oxynitride material,Ceramic coatings were put forth as a countermeasure of oxidation protection.Reunion of oxynitride ceramie nanoparticles is researched and a new idea of control reunion is put forth.
