摘要
目的:分析护理干预对初治涂阳肺结核患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响。方法:160例初治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为干预组和对照组。在抗结核治疗强化期,干预组采取针对性健康宣教,同时对患者的不良情绪采取积极的心理干预。而对照组则采取常规健康教育。观察两组患者在抗结核治疗强化期的疗效及治疗过程中的依从情况。结果:干预组服药依从率达96.25%,明显高于对照组的86.25%(P<0.05);强化治疗期末痰菌阴转率干预组96.25%明显优于对照组的83.80%(P<0.05);强化治疗期末肺部病灶吸收情况,干预组有效率93.75%明显高于对照组的82.50%。结论:针对性健康教育辅以心理干预,能够明显改善初治涂阳肺结核患者的治疗依从性,进而提高治疗效果。
Objective:Analysis of impact on nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:160 initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases were divided into intervention and control groups,accompanied with anti-tuberculosis treatment in intensify phase,pointed relevance health education and psychological interventions on bad moods was practiced in intervention cases.The routine health education was practiced in control group,and the treatment compliance was observed.Results:Compliance rate of medication compliance was 96.25% in intervention group,and 86.25% in control group(P〈0.05);Negative conversion rate of sputum bacterium after intensify phase was 96.25% in intervention group,and 83.80% in control group(P〈0.05);Absorption efficacy rate of pulmonary lesion was 93.7% after intensify phase in intervention group,and 82.50% in control group.Conclusiona:The pointed relevance health education and psychological interventions could improve significantly treatment compliance of patients with initial smearpositive pulmonary tuberculosis and enhance therapeutical effect.
