可逆万能轧机H型钢孔型优化设计 被引量:5

摘要 本文对可逆万能轧机轧制H型钢的孔型进行了优化设计。根据该轧机的轧制特点,以各道次能耗相等为目标进行优化计算。以各道次延伸系数作为优化计算的自变量,用网格法进行优化,该方法具有概念直观、不受函数形式限制、程序简单的特点。在IBM—PC微型计算机和DXY—880绘图仪上绘制了可用于生产实践的H型钢孔型图。优化设计的结果比常规设计好。可望得到各道次变形分配合理、负荷均匀的孔型,从而将取得节约能源、节约轧辊的效果。 The optimum roll pass design for rolling H-beam on reversible universal pass-edger millis described in this paper. According to the features of H-beam processing with the aim of equalenergy consumption in cach pass and taking the elongation in every pass as an independent vari-able, the net method is used in optimization calculation. The advantages of this method are asfollows: easy to understand, free from function type. programming simple. On the basis of theoptimization results a roll pass schedule for H-beam rolling can be plotted with an IBM-PC/XTcomputer and a DXY-880 plotter. The schedule can be satisfactorily used in practice. The comp-arison between the optimum roll pass and the roll pass designed by conventional method showsthat the former has the advantages of reasonable deformation distrbution and equi-power con-sumption in each pass. Hence its application to prodution will result in energy saving and lon-ger roll life.
