摘要
文献保护随着社会历史的进程和环境的改变,保护思想、保护原则、保护任务、保护目标、组织体系等均发生了一定的变革。国家可持续发展中的文献保护事业战略构建是关系战略实施的关键问题,在信息保护总体框架下寻求科学的战略体系是文献保护事业基础性工作。在战略构建中,一是确定可行的战略构建的理论原则,二是战略发展的内容,三是科学的战略构建的实施。
