摘要
阐明了研究宅基地制度的现实意义,通过对我国农村宅基地制度演变过程的梳理,归纳出现行宅基地制度存在的主要问题。针对问题,分别从法律、管理、使用、流转等方面提出了宅基地制度的改革意见及配合这一改革的保障措施,以期构建城乡统一的建设用地市场。
Realistic significance of study on rural residence land system was expounded, and then main existing problems were induced through analyzing the evolution process of rural homestead system in China. To solve these problems, the reform suggestion of homestead system in law, management , application and circulation and so on and guarantee measures of matching this reform were put forward, in order to establish the unified market of construction land.
