摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中葡萄糖转运蛋白1(GLUT-1)的表达及其与雌激素受体(ER)表达的关系,为乳腺病变的诊断、预后及治疗提供理论基础。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(Envision法)检测乳腺癌组织43例中GLUT-1和雌激素受体ER的表达,并对GLUT-1与ER表达的关系进行相关性分析。结果GLUT-1阳性产物定位于上皮细胞胞膜和细胞浆。在正常乳腺组织中无阳性表达或散在少数轻微着色,而在乳腺癌组织中有明确阳性表达,差异有显著性(P<0.001);乳腺癌组织中,ER阳性率为48%,ER阴性组GLUT-1表达显著强于ER阳性组(P<0.05)。结论GLUT-1阳性表达与肿瘤恶性转化有关,GLUT-1强阳性提示肿瘤ER受体不足或缺失,靶向GLUT-1可对乳腺肿瘤进行有价值的检测和针对性治疗。
[Objective] To study the expression of glucosc transporter-1 (GLUT-l) in human breast and its correlation with estrogen receptor (ER) in breast carcinoma. [Methods] Envision technique was used to examine the expression of GLUT-1, ER in breast tissue in 43 cases of breast carcinoma. [Results] GLUT-1 staining was intense in cytoplasm is membrane. In normal breast tissure, GLUT-1 was not detected, but in breast cancer, the intensity of GLUT-1 in breast cancer was significantly higher than in benign breast epitheliopathy (P 〈0.001 ). ER positive rate in tumor was 48%, the staining intensity of GLUT-1 was significantly higher in ER positive group than in ER negative group (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] The expression of GLUT:I may be closely related to malignant transformation of breast epithelial tumor. The higeer positive staining of GLUT-1 identifies the lost of ER in breast carcinoma patient. It opens opportunities to traget GLUT-1 for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
