摘要
通过对一、二、三级各类型医院的调研,收集并分析门急诊业务数据,用IDEFO方法自顶向下分解框架,最终构建门急诊业务模型,为门急诊信息系统的建立奠定基础,并使门急诊内部复杂业务易于理解和应用。
Objective The establishment of the Out-Patient and Emergency of atomic business models is laid the foundation for the establishment for the Out-Patient and Emergency information system. Methods After we Colfectfon and analysis of business data about out-patient and emergency, by IDEF0 method using top-down decomposition of the framework, through research of Grade-I , Grade-Ⅱ and Grade-Ⅲ hospitals, atomic business models in out-patient and emergency is made up structure. Results About 29 atomic business models of out-patient and emergency is construction. Conclusion Atomic business model is based on established research in out-patient and emergency information system, which is made easy to understand and application for out-patient and emergency.
