摘要
目的:研究两种光聚合技术对固化氟化玻璃聚合体与牙体密合度的影响。方法:选取因正畸需要拔除的前磨牙14颗,随机分成两组。在颊面牙颈部制备V类洞,常规酸蚀、冲洗、吹干、涂布粘接剂,其中A组用氟化玻璃聚合体充填后采用传统光聚合技术固化(1200 mw/cm2×20 s);B组用氟化玻璃聚合体充填后采用SOFT-START光聚合技术固化(650 mw/cm2×5 s,1200 mw/cm2×20 s),打磨抛光。将实验牙置于(37±1)℃人工唾液中浸泡24 h后,使用扫描电镜观察壁和龈壁处充填体与牙体的密合度并进行统计学分析。结果:SOFT-START光聚合技术组氟化玻璃聚合体与牙体的密合度显著优于传统光聚合技术方式组(P<0.01)。结论:光聚合技术可影响氟化玻璃聚合体与牙体的密合度。SOFT-START光聚合技术要优于传统光聚合技术。
Objective: To compare the effect of two kinds of photopolymerization technique on the seal capability of Beautifil. Methods: Class V cavities were prepared on 14 freshly extracted premolars . The teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups exposed to conventional light intensities (1200 mw/cm^2×20 s) and SOFF - START technique (650 mw/cm^2×5 s and 1200 mw/cm^2×20 s) respectively. The samples were kept in artificial saliva at (37 ± 1 )℃for 24 hours. The microstructure between Beautifil and teeth body was examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Finally, we analyzed the results by t - test. Results: The seal capability showed remarkable difference between SOFT - START technique and conventional light intensities (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Seal capability of Beautifil by SOFT - START technique is superior to that by conventional light intensities.
