摘要
目的总结渗透性髓鞘脱失综合征的病因、临床表现、影像学特点以及预后。方法对近年来我院收治的32例渗透性髓鞘脱失综合征患者进行总结、随访。结果32例患者中存活29人,死亡3人,存活者遗留有不同程度神经功能缺失,1人出院后生活可以完全自理。结论伴随磁共振在临床的广泛应用,渗透性髓鞘脱失综合征诊断率得到提高,其中相当一部分渗透性髓鞘脱失综合征患者预后良好。
Objective To summarize the cause, the clinical manifestations, the imaging features and prognosis of osmotic demyelination syndrome. Methods A total of 32 cases of osmotic demyelination syndrome treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 3 dead cases in all 32 cases. The survivors had neurological deficits to various degrees and 1 patient could be completely serf-care after discharged from hospital. Conclusion With wide use of magnetic resonance image, the diagnosis rate of osmotic demyelination syndrome increases. A considerable number of patients with osmotic demyelination syndrome have good prognosis.
