摘要
目的对某市9家蓄电池生产企业进行职业卫生调查,了解蓄电池企业职业性铅接触危害现状,为采取具体干预措施提供科学依据。方法调查企业职业卫生现状,检测作业场所空气中铅浓度,对铅职业接触人群进行尿铅和血常规检测。结果某市的蓄电池企业生产规模小,自动化程度低,生产设备和防护设施简陋,空气中铅检测合格率仅为36.4%,尿铅超过诊断值0.58μmol/L者达59.1%。结论蓄电池生产企业铅的职业危害十分严重,采取综合防治措施,加强铅职业危害的干预已刻不容缓。
[ Objective] To perform occupational health survey on 9 storage battery enterprises of a city, to understand the hazard of lead exposure, and provide scientific evidence for adopting interventions. [ Methods ] Occupational health status of the enterprises was investigated, lead concentration in the air of workplace was detected, the urinary lead and blood routine test were performed on the people with lead exposure. [ Results] The production scale of storage battery enterprises in a city was small, the automation degree was low and the production equipment and protection equipment was simple and crude. The qualification rate of lead concentra- tions in the workplace was merely 36.4%. 59.1% workers'urinary lead exceeded diagnostic value 0.12 mg/L. [ Conclusion] Lead hazards in storage battery industry are serious. It is of great urgency to adopt integrated control measure and strengthen the intervention of the occupational hazards of lead.
