摘要
阐述了熔体泵的应用、结构及双驱动熔体泵的特点,对双驱动熔体泵的齿轮转子结构参数和熔体泵的性能参数进行模块化设计,提高了设计计算过程的效率。根据熔体泵输送介质为高聚物的特殊性,对齿轮转子的齿形部分进行改进,可增加泵的几何排量,增幅约为5%。
The introduction was made on the application and structure of the melt pump, the characteristic of dual-drive melt pump. Modular design programs of gear structure parameters and performance parameter of pump were finished in Visual Basic language, making the design process more efficiently. According to particularity of polymer carried by the pump, the system changed the gear tooth and increased the capacity of the pump substantially.
