摘要
目的运用中医药理论和现代色谱分析技术,研究建立健肾解毒腹膜透析液(Ⅲ)HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱分析方法,为安全有效地控制其质量提供实验依据。方法选择Li Chro CART HPLC-Kartusche RP-18e色谱柱,柱温25℃,以流动相A=乙腈,B=水组成的梯度洗脱系统,流速0.8 ml/min,ELSD参数漂移管温度106℃,氮气流速3.00 ml/min。结果建立了健肾解毒腹膜透析液(Ⅲ)的指纹图谱。结论所建立的健肾解毒腹膜透析液(Ⅲ)HPLC—ELSD指纹图谱分析方法,可有效地控制其质量,为研制安全有效的健肾解毒腹膜透析液提供了新的实验基础。
Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprint diagram of Jianshenjiedu Peritoneal Dialysis Solution（JSPDS（Ⅲ））under the theoretical guide of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods Gradient elution mode was applied in the chromatographic separation as its key procedure.The stationary phase used was LiChro CART HPLC-Kartusche RP-18e column.The mobile phase A was acetonitrile,mobile pohase B was water.The flow rate was 0.8ml/min.The detection was madeby ELSD.The column temperature was 25℃. Results The method of JSPDS（ Ⅲ ） chromatographic fingerprint diagram was established. Conclusion The method of chromatographic fingerprint diagram established in this project can serve as an experimental basis for quality control of JSPDS.
